Nice and clean place overall. Wish pool was salt but still refreshing during hot days. Shaded in afternoon so even better. Easy check in with clear instructions. Asked for fresh towels one day and they cleaned entire place!! King bed in BR was comfortable and can walk out to private deck overlooking pool. Pull out couch was not very comfortable. 1/2 block from Duval in clean alley behind Fat Tuesday. Surprisingly quiet at night!! Enjoy if you stay!!

The #1, #2 and #3 things going for the Rose Lane Villas are location, location, location. Perfect for a couple. Property seems well maintained but, yes, the buildings are oldn floors. But wonderful!

We liked the property. It was remodeled inside, new and clean. Service was excellent. But a rat walked across concrete at pool. And a small patch of bugs appeared inside on kitchen window sill
