On the ground level, enjoy a spacious gathering area complete with two picnic tables, a wooden swing, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), and a convenient half bath—ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day on the sand.
Inside, the main level features a bright and airy open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with brand-new furniture and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering endless views of the sea.
