This beautifully redecorated villa in Palmetto Dunes is steps away from the ocean and comes with all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a keyless entry system for our guests' convenient access. The bedrooms have updated flooring, and the bathroom vanity areas are completely new for 2025. The master suite offers more privacy and separation between the bedroom and vanity areas. There is a writing desk in each bedroom to facilitate remote working. Sleek automated roller shades offer ease of outdoor and ocean viewing from the living room.
Located on the fifth floor of Building 2, this peekaboo ocean view villa features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, a 32"' Roku/streaming TV and DVD player, and wireless internet throughout the unit. There is a slider to the shared balcony with the master bedroom. Outside is a counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table.
The dining room is off the kitchen and has seating for six. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, plus bar seating for two as well as a full-sized LG washer and dryer!
The master bedroom has double french doors off the living room, a king bed, a writing desk, and a 36" TV. There is a private bath and tiled shower. The garden tub has been removed to create more space, and there is a new privacy feature between the bedroom and vanity area. There is a slider to the shared balcony with the living room. The second bedroom has two queens, a 32" TV and DVD player, and a writing desk. The private bath has a tiled tub/shower combo, and there is a slider to a private balcony with a counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table. This villa has everything your family needs for a memorable trip to beach and/or a working vacation!
The Villamare complex offers the ultimate in resort vacation accommodations. Centrally located in Palmetto Dunes, Villamare features two stunning oceanfront pools along with expanded hot tubs and deck areas. The Serenity pool is for guests 21 and older. The outdoor pools are heated from Mar. 15 - Apr. 30 and Oct. 15 - Nov. 30. The family hot tub is heated year-round. We had a wonderful time! We love the property and our rooms were great!The couches need a professional cleaning and the rug as well. Otherwise everything was just wonderful!We always enjoy Villamare when we visit.

This property was a dream!!! It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and this property, beautifully situated in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family. Ellen, the owner, was so lovely and responsive - she literally answered any and all questions with little delay. The condo was clean, accurately pictured and had so much more. I honestly can say that if we return - we will come back to this place. The pool and beach were just steps away! We bought some groceries and also got some great pool / beach items at the local Kroger. Would definitely recommend checking at the building as they do have a lending area that you can find some things to use for the beach should you forget. We took surfing lessons through Hilton Head Outfitters and it was so easy and seamless! Totally one of my favorite vacations - thank you again Ellen!

We booked this condo after our initial one fell through and we couldn’t have been happier!! From the beginning, Ellen was very responsive with any questions I had, always responded in less than an hour. After we put our deposit down, Ellen sent us a ton of information about the area we would be staying in, from where to rent bikes, to great places to eat, even had local urgent care and hospital addresses and phone numbers. The condo was beautifully decorated with a fun Oceanside theme and it was impeccably clean. Tons of amenities including power strips in both bedrooms, extra blankets and pillows, games, 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 auto drip), a fully stocked kitchen (non food items) There was even a full bin of ice in the freezer when we arrived. Plus the condo was in a great location right next to the elevator. We also had a great partial view of the ocean. We all agreed that we definitely want to stay in this condo the next time we visit Hilton Head! I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason, so happy our first condo fell through! The whole process from booking this condo to the last day of our stay was effortless! Thank you Ellen for being such a great host!

Another great stay in Villa Mare. Immaculate condo, view of ocean, everything you need for a vacation. Ellen is continually updating and improving the condo. She is always available for your questions and stays in contact with you before, during and after your stay. Close to shopping and restaurants but nestled away from traffic and on the beach. Buildings, grounds and beach immaculately maintained. So happy we found this rental and will never stay anywhere else on HHI.
