Beautiful newer construction (2019) luxury La Quinta home designed specifically for family vacations to the desert. Open concept design with high ceilings creates a great atmosphere for entertaining. 4K 70" LED TV IN family room and 65" 4K LED TV's in every bedroom. 100 Mbps. Custom cabinets with quartz and granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances. Recessed LED lights. Nice pool with jacuzzi in yard with additional private patio off master bedroom with outdoor couches. Home features BBQ.

Everything was good except the pool looked like it needed cleaning. We didn't use the pool as a result. Everything else was as described, and worked well. Instructions were clear and precise.

Loved the layout of the house. For the most part it was as described. The house sleeps 10, we were 8 adults. Kitchen was minimally equipped. Only 5 coffee cups for 8. We had to take turns in the morning. Pillows were about an inch thick, with stains. Bring your own! As someone else stated, they could also use more towels in the bathrooms. I will say the house was clean. Most everything worked.

This property was a great location while attending the BNP Tennis Tournament. Host was accommodating and responsive. Pool is very small but worked well for 5 ladies.

We had a great stay at this place. From check‑in to check‑out, everything went smoothly and exactly as expected. The home was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. We didn’t find ourselves lacking anything, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in very simple.The location was a real highlight. Being so close to the La Quinta Cove hiking trails and just a short walk/drive to restaurants and Old Town made it incredibly convenient. It was the perfect base for a relaxed getaway.Overall, it was an easy, enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return on a future trip.
