Built in1895 by the first mayor of Spearfish, this charming 2-story Victorian home is located in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of shopping, entertainment & dining. 360° views of the Queen City’s peaks can be seen around the large property with an amazing outdoor space that will have you lounging and enjoying your favorite beverage.

Outside there is a front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing. At the back of the house is an upper and lower deck with TV and Solo Stove firepit. Parking is available in the 2-stall garage, on a private drive as well as on street. Plenty of room if you are pulling a trailer.

Nice place, very clean and functional. Did not experience the great communication I read about in other reviews. Booked pretty last minute (4 days in advance) and despite initial email accepting our stay request, heard nothing else in regards to check in instructions. Had to contact VRBO customer service to help get the information we needed.
We have stayed at many VRBO properties before, and have never felt "strange" about it. This home was different as all the owners personal items were there, closets full of clothes. Just wasn't what we were used to. On our last night, storms caused electricity to go out early in the morning. No access to basement to be able to reset the breaker. Text to owner was not responded to for several hours.
