The gas grill uses propane. Please check the propane level upon arrival. If a replacement is needed, propane tanks can be exchanged at Byrne Dairy in Penn Yan (approximately 10 minutes away). Guests are asked to replace empty tanks as a courtesy to future visitors.
Seasonal Dock Availability
During spring and fall, dock installation and removal are weather-dependent and managed by a professional dock service. Timing is determined entirely by seasonal conditions.
Boat Docking
Due to the dock’s L-shaped design, only one boat can be accommodated at a time depending on size.

The owners care a lot about their property and it shows. Even got ideas to what we would like to do with our own home. One inexpensive upgrade would be a ladder to the dock - ideally similar to neighbors’: higher and not wobbly nor slippery.

What an amazing home in an amazing location. I loved the convenience of having a dock for our boat steps away from the house, my wife loved the kitchen layout and the kids loved the zip line. Danielle was such a gracious hostess…thank you! Book here immediately if you want a perfect vacation getaway.

The property was everything we hoped it would be. It was a relaxing location where we could sit on the porch and watch the water. The cabin is very comfortable and was spacious for our family of 3.

Our stay was relaxing and we very much enjoyed the features and amenities of this Keuka Lake Charmer. The cottage was very traditional and beautifully renovated, and the furniture and linens were comfortable. The beach and dock area were great for kids and watching the goings on of Keuka Lake, and the yard was great for relaxing. The only issues we had were with fruit flies, for which we purchased a trap, and the refrigerator, which continually drained water into the main compartment and froze.
