This is the third time we have stayed in this home. It is beautifully appointed and lacks nothing! From a fully stocked kitchen to a garage full of equipment - bikes, biggie boards etc., we could just step in to a great vacation week. The view and close proximity of the ocean was tops!

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time at this Cayucos gem. This home literally has everything you need and more. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfy, the views from upstairs were breathtaking, and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day at the beach. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location of the house was fantastic, literally steps away from the stairway access down to the sand. We rode the bikes provided into town one of the days to hit up Brown Butter Cookie Company and Cayucos Candy Counter. We ate breakfast at The Hidden Kitchen which was phenomenal. We also made reservations for Hearst Castle and combined that day trip with a visit to see the Elephant Seals just north of the castle. Of course, we also did wine tasting and picked up sandwiches at Cayucos Sausage Company so we could have a little picnic at one of the local wineries just a short 15 minute drive away. We cannot wait to return to Cayucos and we certainly hope to stay at this exact home again. Lisa, thank you for providing our family with fun experiences and wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

We just loved staying here. Super easy check in and check out, very clean, kitchen very well stocked (we ate out some and cooked some, lacked for nothing). Very close to Morro Strand Beach; only a few minutes' drive to Cayucos. Incredible ocean views from the living room/ kitchen. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked and maintained home that provided a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy the central coast. The location is perfectly situated just across the street from access to the beach. I highly recommend this house and hope we'll return soon!

My wife, my adult working daughter and I stayed for a week. It was working holidays for us so our priorities were 1. Convenience for short and long strolls whenever possible 2. Sufficient space for three of us to work 3. Quiet 4. Creature comforts Five stars from us on all of above. The beach is across the street. Beach is peaceful and without crowds. It seems Cayucos is still undiscovered because Morrow Bay beach was crowded when there were only a few around this property. Another positive for us was that the property is not near cayucos downtown. It is in the outskirts. That too made it quiet. The living area is pretty, convenient and functional. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub and bicycles are pluses. Outside porch and BBQ are a good addition. The sleeping area is little on smaller side and two bedrooms are little dark. But the master bedroom and bath are roomy and comfortable. One general comment about the overall beach area around Morrow bay. It was windy and bit cold this time of the year. Come with warm clothes.

Had a great time, fully stocked kitchen, beach items, bikes, and the whirlpool was great after hanging out at the beach. The beach is definitely a dog beach so you must like dogs as they are running every where which was fine for us. It’s also super windy which made it pants and long sleeves beach days (not sure if that’s just the time of year) Only suggestion is for the dining chairs to be reupholstered as they are pretty grungy, everything else is clean and new. Overall great views and great time thank you!

This was the most amazing property to stay at- The home is beautiful- well thought out floor plan- and there was nothing to be at want for. The views are spectacular, even a row back from the sand! The beach access was literally across the street about I0 yards from the house. I loved everything about this house.

Just stop looking and rent this one. Seriously. This is an amazing two story home With all the comforts of home. The owner really has put in a tremendous amount of thought into stocking the house with everything you could possibly need. The home itself is absolutely beautifully decorated and the layout is awesome. The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and two living rooms are upstairs. One has a great tv and fireplace and the other living space has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can watch the dolphins and otters playing in the surf. There’s a big garage full of Beach equipment and a place to wash off the sand as well as a big washer and dryer. There’s a small backyard as well, with a really nice hot tub. Beach access is two houses over and down a flight of stairs. The beach is huge and clean and full of beautiful seashells. The owner and property manager were very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We had a great time and will be back!!

Our family greatly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home. It was perfectly situated for a beautiful ocean view and beach assess just across the street. Both the homeowner and the management company were attentive to any questions we had during our stay. We really liked the layout of this home as the main living space is on the second floor, where we spent a majority of our time, and the bedrooms were located on the first floor. The listing pictures of this house do not do it justice. We would love to stay at this home again. Our only reservation for the futures is that this section of the beach, we learned, is often referred to as "dog beach" and many people have their dogs off leash. Our 9 year old son had a distressing situation with a dog that chased him and knocked him down.. We feel this is worth noting for those with small children or those not comfortable around dogs. However, we found this to primarily be an issue on the weekend. .

I stayed here for NYE weekend with my family. Well appointed space with updated spa and kitchen. It has great views of the ocean and across the street from the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable for 6 adults to stay. Easy to communicate with Bonnie who was very accommodating for us. Minor downside to this place was DVD players/TVs are a little outdated -- no HDMI hook ups and we had trouble playing movies we had brought with us due to frequent skipping and freezing of the disc inside the machine. Overall I would stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the house felt comfortable, clean and inviting. It was easy to feel at home. Great kitchen, excellent views, easy beach access, comfortable beds, relaxing beach decor. My party of 4 had a FANTASTIC time staying at this property! Although it was a mostly stormy weekend, we were so warm and comfortable in this beautiful house! Everything from the spacious, well equipped kitchen, cozy TV area with fireplace and the front room with a view of the ocean, we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday! We enjoyed the full house stereo system and the wrap-around front deck with seating for all and all three of the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. A special thank you to the property manager, Bonnie, for arranging for flowers to be there when we arrived - they were beautiful, and for the wine and cookies too! We are already looking at our schedules to see when we can come back and stay when the weather is a bit nicer and we have more time to spend. Thanks again for everything!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for my grandson's graduation from Cal Poly. We could not have picked a more perfect place. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the stadium for the ceremony, and afterwards we were able to return here and get away from the traffic and crowds that were in San Luis Obispo. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate and be together. There was room for everyone, comfortable seating, both inside and on the deck. This house is amazing! The furnishings are beautiful, and the views from the deck and living room are spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with everything anyone would ever need and more. Even though we had seen pictures before we rented and knew the house would be nice, it exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to go back.

This was a very upmarket rental with a superbly equipped kitchen. The ocean view was a great way to spend down time after a long walk on the beach which was steps away. We did have some confusion with the payment which was eventually well straightened out.

Incredible! Yes incredible! Surely exceeded our expectations. Don't pass this one up. Thoroughly enjoyed the accessibility to be beach (right across the street), beach toys, bikes, walks etc. Backyard was extremely pleasant for relaxing and reading a great book. And the ocean view from the deck was unforgettable from sunrise to sunset. I do say the weather really added a niche of making this vacation a wonderful adventure.

WOW!! We loved our stay at this Studio Drive home!! House was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. So much attention to detail - everything we reached for was there, and worked well - from fabulously well stocked kitchen to ergonomically comfortable deck lounge chairs for enjoying the view to beach towels and bikes and DVD movie collection! Furniture was comfortable and spacious - living room with ocean view and plenty of seating for all, family room for movie watching also with room to stretch out. Kitchen was unbelievable - home cooked meals were a breeze. Location super convenient to markets and sightseeing in Morro Bay, adorable small town of Cayucos (stop in at the Brown Butter Cookie Company - AMAZING), and just a hop skip up Hwy 1 to Cambria and Hearst Castle. Just across the street and one house down is the access to the beach. Daily walks on the sand were a must! Even a special shower for your feet in the garage for when you return from your walk! Place was so cozy, comfortable and welcoming - we really hope to return! Thank you Lisa and Bonnie for everything!!

The home is beautiful with many amenities.View of the ocean is spectacular. There are comfortable and clean furnishings. The neighborhood is quiet. There is easy access to the beach. We couldn't get the BBQ to light up properly - perhaps there could be specific instructions provided. One ot the three bedrooms was very small for two people to sleep and store their clothing in. Do we think that we would like to return - absolutely. This home is a gem.

I have never stayed at a more beautiful home ever. We were so surprised how much detail went into decorating this house. The added extras were incredible. Shower with five sprayers, kitchen fully loaded with the most updated appliances and cabintets. Comfortable beds, tv channels never heard of. The view incredible. I really can not say enough. Everything was amazing!!! The location is about the same going to Cayuccas or Morro Bay. We stayed here for my daughters graduation. It only took us 20 min. to get to the campus and we miss all the traffic. If you truly want to be spoiled and I really mean spoiled, this is the place. It is worth every penny!!! It is a new rental I hope it doesn't now become popular that the price goes up. Right now the price is so reasonable for what you get. I wish I could just move in. Hope someday to go back soon. And hope that anyone renting respects the beautiful home so that is stays that way. I just can's say enough. Again only that I could move in..... And if you get a chance to rent this home, you won't want to leave. So looking forward to going back soon! Thanks also for the Wine and snacks you truly know how to host guest and have the most incredible taste in decor.
