About this house rental
Casa Bali is an enchanting rustic Balinese style house nestled in the hills only 1km from the wonderful Avellanas Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features a lap pool, a wrap around deck, outdoor lounging areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Casa Bali is custom built with floor to ceiling windows all around the house. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed downstairs, upstairs has the master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed. Each with split-level A/C units. The property is full of beautiful trees and plants. The wildlife is simply spectacular. Enjoy your morning coffee while the monkeys climb from tree to tree and the parrots fly overhead. Avellanas Beach has great waves for surfers of all types. From the reef in front of the parking lot to the miles of beach breaks and even all the way down to the Avellanas River mouth. Any level of surfer can find what they are looking for in Avellanas. Also one of the most famous restaurants in Costa Rica, Lola's sits right on the beach at the end of the road. Casa Bali invites you to experience the true Costa Rica.

We were looking for a place to stay by the beach in Guanacaste during our summer vacations in Costa Rica. We married 12 years ago in Playa Langosta and visited the Tamarindo area several times before and we know how crowded and busy that town has turned in the past years so we were looking for a rental in a place where to bring our kids and still enjoy the nature, wildlife and beauty of these beaches in the way we did it before. Playa Avellanas is the beach to go. No big hotels, no traffic jams, just the sound of the monkeys, frogs and birds, iguanas and few cows on the fields. The house is beautifully made. It has all the commodities we needed in a very quiet area. It’s a very nice house, with ATD alarm, A/C in each room, kitchen well equipped, a nice lap pool, big windows with lots of natural light. The beach is about half mile down the hill, and only dirty roads since Hacienda Pinilla. We rented a 4WD so it was easy to move around in the rain. My kids said they had the best summer vacation ever.
