This upstairs one bedroom apartment is the perfect location to discover the best of Homer. Located in the Old Town district, you can easily park your car and enjoy the town on foot. Within 500 yards are restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, a spa, the Islands and Ocean Visitor center, Beluga Slough, Bishop's Beach!
The building is a quiet mix of day time commercial use and other residential units. The rental is very clean and well maintained. There is a shared entry and laundry facility with one another unit. Parking for personal vehicle only, no RV, camper, trailer or boat parking available. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever stayed. The setting is gorgeous and quiet, natural amenities and dining options in the area abound, and the apartment is spacious, simply furnished and luxuriantly comfortable.
