This contemporary home is light, and bright with lots of huge windows to appreciate the ever changing ocean. From BAY DREAM you can walk the trails along the headlands and down to the tide pools, or take a short stroll down to CASPAR BEACH (a 1/2 mile WALK or a 2 minute DRIVE to the SAND ), great for surfing and kayaking. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards at Caspar Beach. You can watch the WHALES migrating, and the SEA LIONS sun themselves from this exclusive peninsula, GATED on a private road where only a handful of homes have been allowed. Free HIGH SPEED INTERNET and great CELL SERVICE for Verizon users and good cell service for most other users.

THE KITCHEN HAS ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PREPARE GOURMET MEALS FOR A LARGE GROUP!
One of the unique features of this home is its location CLOSE TO THE BLUFF. The ebb and flow of the tides pass right in front of BAY DREAM giving the house its own natural rhythm, a rhythm that seems to REPLENISH THE SOUL AND SPIRIT of those within. Many guests have commented on this phenomenon over the years along with their remarks of 'We did not want to leave'. Stay a few days at Bay Dream and see for yourself! This open concept, MULTI-LEVEL home with its HUGE windows, decks and large HOT TUB provide endlessly-changing views of breaking waves, A BLOW-HOLE, fishing boats, kayaks, windsurfers, surfers, sunsets, and abundant wildlife! There are BOOGIE BOARDS at the house or rent kayaks, surfboards, etc. at Caspar Beach. A wetsuit is recommended!
For more entertainment on the MAIN FLOOR you have a 58" SMART TV with DVD's, DVR , sound bar, all Direct TV Premium Channels, XBOX ONE, a 3 CD Sony Stereo with MP3 capability, a large portable "ION" speaker/radio/blue tooth system and of course, free HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET up to 8 devices.
The GAME ROOM has a TV+ DVD player, along with FOOSBALL TABLE, poker chips, lots of board games and puzzles, a FULL DAYBED, a fun place for kids.
