Walking paths along manicured lawns allow you to access the private beach and the resort's amenities, including picnic and barbecue plots, three pools, a shared hot tub, nine tennis courts, a fitness center, and a fishing lagoon.
Situated on the fifth floor, the two-bedroom villa has free WiFi and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances. The living area features a TV and access to the patio via sliding doors. Guests who stay in the main bedroom have their own door leading to the terrace and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view from the balcony of the dunes and beach. We especially loved being on the top floor without the worry of any noise above us. The beds were firm but comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and good water pressure. I appreciated the big round dining table for meals together at night and to be able to do a puzzle on a rainy afternoon. Lots of tasteful original artworks and some family photos gave a special touch to the space, making it feel more home-like. They had cable, which was nice for the older folks with us (not having to figure out how to work streaming channels). My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kitchen pots/pans were a bit lacking which is important to our family because we cook meals in a lot for cost but also health reasons. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this unit to others.

The view is phenomenal and why we ultimately chose to stay here. We have stayed in this complex before and love the location. You can’t beat being on the beach. It served its purpose. It is in need of repairs and updates however. Half the outlets didn’t work and what little overhead lighting was there burned out during our stay. There was also a lot of dust and really needs a deep clean of the showers. It’s hard to feel clean when you’re showering somewhere like that. I’m not a neat freak but I definitely noticed these things. Kitchen items also need replaced/updated. We cooked very minimally and that was some of the reason. I also thought there would be beach chairs but they were both broken.
