The main bedroom features a private bathroom, a recliner for reading and relaxing, a 32-inch TV, and direct access to a deck that overlooks the lagoon. Guests can take advantage of the free WiFi in all rooms as well as the village amenities which include the fishing lagoon, barbecue areas, pool, and nine tennis courts.

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
