Beautiful Vacation rental on Golf course!

Great place that was perfect for kids! Plenty of things to do at the home and close to many things in town. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Pinetop!

Best host and place to stay for a large group. This was the perfect place for my family to spend time and enjoy the beautiful weather. There was something for everyone! A beautiful porch to relax on with an even more gorgeous view of the golf course, games and space for the kids to play, and a beautiful kitchen! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and when there was an issue, within minutes the host responded with a solution and made our stay perfect. If you are looking for a place for your family that clicks all the boxes, this is it! Oh and it’s local to everything! Loved our time here! I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

The house is clean inside and out. Very nice property sitting right on the golf course. Communication with the host is excellent. House is very family friendly or in my case very suitable for large groups like my baseball team. Have rented this place several times and plan to again. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

We stayed 2 night with my family and had two main issues. Before I start though, the house is big and was clean. There was plenty of room. Area was beautiful. Arrival and entry were simple. Not a bad place at all. No AC. Our fault, but we thought there’d be central ac, or at least window units in the rooms. Only 2 rooms had units, others were HOT! Second, the host messaged me “her number” day of check in, but it was the wrong number. Waited over a whole day for a reply but not reply. Finally messaged and asked for a late checkout. She messaged back 14 hours later and an hour AFTER we were already required to check out. Communication was poor. I think if the host just stuck with the app for communication it would’ve been smoother. Couple last things: - Paddles for the ping pong table were broken so we had to buy our own (left them so future guests have paddles) - The basement return register makes a sparking noise regularly (hazard?) - toilet handle in the bathroom by the garage was broken off, you had to pinch and turn handle -grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years
