Our finca offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic, as it lies on a cliff at 220 meters above sea level and is largely surrounded by banana plantations. So you can enjoy the undisturbed peace far away from the tourist hustle and bustle!With its 170 square meters, the house offers enough space for up to 6 people. The plot size is 23,000 square meters. An entry into the signposted hiking routes is possible directly at the house (hiking trail Playa de Jurado and Piratenbucht).

Great villa surrounded by banana plants. We really enjoyed our stay and the view is amazing. For information the road to access the house is a bit complicated and a good car is needed but you will end up in a beautiful and very intimate house. Thanks for everything!

Im April 2019 waren wir dort und Vieles hat uns ganz gut gefallen - besonders die sehr ruhige und ungestörte Lage - obwohl die vorherrschende Monokultur der Bananenplantagen der Landschaft um das Haus ein etwas Gewerbliches Gepräge verleiht (mit leider sehr viel Plastikfolien und Plastiknetzen).
Das Haus erfüllt seinen Zweck gut. Man sollte aber auch immer genug Zeit und gute Nerven für die etwas abenteuerliche Fahrt hinab auf die ca. 220 Meter ü.M. einplanen.
Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Ausstattung. Das Haus ist groß und zweckmäßig, bei der Einrichtung fehlte es uns aber an Geschmack und Stil. Auch die abends notwendige Innenbeleuchtung besteht aus eher grellen oder sehr schwachen Energiesparleuchten und ist nicht sehr angenehm oder gar gemütlich.
Das der Pool beheizt ist, davon haben wir im Frühling leider nichts merken können. Und einen echten Punktabzug muss man bezüglich der Sanitärinstallation nennen: Es dauert sehr lange, bis das Wasser warm wird und aus den Abflüssen im Sanitärbereich kommen leider auch immer mal wieder sehr unangenehme Gerüche.
Aufgrund des Preises waren unsere Erwartungen an die Ausstattung/das Niveau höher, deshalb auch das kritische Urteil. Trotzdem hatten wir eine insgesamt schöne Zeit.
