About this apartment rental
The name of the SunsetLoft resort speaks for itself. At the most beautiful spot on the island of Vir there are sunsets almost every day like in the film. In total, the property has about 2000 square meters in the middle is a main house, SunsetLoft 14, two bungalows on the right and left. The four bungalows and the main house have just been completely renovated and new, modern and high quality. On the upper floor is a 140 square meter penthouse with a large glass front to the sea. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living-dining area and a large balcony directly to the sea. All furniture was designed by us and the carpenter and manufactured and assembled by the Carpenter Birger from Miesbach.
The ground floor is for 4 people, the upper floor with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. The whole house can be booked completely or individually. Please ask us.
From the terrace there is a very spacious barbecue area in the middle of large palm trees. The grill is equipped so that you can grill a whole suckling pig or lamb there. Go through the garden to the sea. Whether you want to relax and swim or explore the area, the area offers a lot. If you are a boat owner, you are welcome to moor at one of our 3 buoys and rent it. By boat you can reach many islands and dreamlike bays for swimming in a short time. If you are lucky, you will meet dolphins this year as well.
It takes 3-5 minutes by car from the resort to Vir, and the beautiful city of Zadar in about 30 minutes. There is everything you need for a great vacation on the island. A diving school, boat and bicycle rental, many shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the center, with us you will find peace.
Be aware of cheap flight connections to Zadar! Collection by a local taxi company possible. Other offers for a fee:
- A haulier offers various trips, such as B. to the Krk waterfalls, rafting or the Paklenica climbing park.
- Bicycle service: bikes can be borrowed. You will be brought directly to the house and picked up again.
- During the season, a ship alternates daily from the port on Vir to the Kornati tour or to Bozava (Dugi Otok)
- There is a diving school, jet ski and boat rental in the village

Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen in dieser neuen Penthousewohnung mit dem fabelhaften Blick aufs Meer. Alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern, der Platz direkt am Meer, über die Mole geht man direkt ins Wasser. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, hat 3 Schlafzimmer jeder mit TV und 3 Bäder, und einen riesen Wohn-Essbereich, alles top eingerichtet mit viel Stil und die Küche ist der Hammer, eigener Weinkühlschrank du alle Geräte von Miele
Free Wifi, eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Liegen für alle und Handtücher liegen bereit, muss man nichts mitbringen. Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner haben wir nicht gebraucht, weil wir so viel Zeug dabei hatten, aber beim nächsten Mal nehmen wir den sicher herJ
Auch der Garten ist toll, ein sehr schön von Palmen eingewachsener Grillplatz mit einem riesen Tisch, der Platz für 20 Leute bietet. Auch hier sind die Stühle total stylisch, coole Idee.
Alles neu, tipp topp, würde es jedem empfehlen
