The condo includes a furnished terrace with spectacular views overlooking High Point and in-unit laundry for your convenience.

Our location is also ideal for families coming into town to visit students at the local High Point University. By pre-arrangement, guests may also enjoy the use of the owner’s private club membership to the Spring and Splinter Club located on the main floor of Market Square.
Spring and Splinter Club is open for lunch Monday - Friday and dinner Wednesday - Saturday by reservation.
For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available for your convenience.

Was fine but got trapped in the elevator for a few minutes and the area outside of the condo was sketchy. Security guards kept telling us it was haunted which scared us condo was wonderful though
