Completely remodeled in and out with a newly added primary bedroom with en suite, laundry room and vaulted ceiling family room, and central A/C. This 4 bedroom 4 bath home is located in the Mill Creek area of Incline Village. The low elevation location is a short 5 minute walk to the Hyatt, and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful path to Sand Harbor.
This home sits on a gorgeous, pristine 1/3 acre lot, surrounded by pine trees, offering a variety of entertainment options, including a Sonos sound system in the den, kitchen, deck and by bocce court, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, DVD player, in the den. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, and a cozy sectional couch for relaxing. There is a large deck (695 sq ft) off the kitchen with a gas BBQ and a professionally built bocce ball court in the backyard ideal for your enjoyment. The patio furniture, and bocce court are covered and protected for the winter, not available during the off season. Approximately mid October until mid May as weather permits. All four bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players as well. The garage is finished and includes a 50 amp electric car charger.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family of 5. The location worked wonderfully- close to the ski slopes, supermarket and restaurants, yet tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Since it was winter, we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked large and inviting. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing location, expansive remodeled floor plan, and fabulous spot for a week with family. Super clean and welcoming just minutes from shopping, dining, and Casino. Two kiddos loved the backyard play-set while the adults played Bocci. Well stocked and easy to check-in/check-out with property management. We will be back!

This home is clean, well appointed, beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience preventing me from ever wanting to stay again. As my family and I were in the middle of checking in for a sailboat cruise on the lake the owner called me and asked if I had a dog on the property. I told him I flew in from NC and didn't own a dog. He said his neighbor keeps a close eye on the property and sent him a picture of the dog. I told him again it wasn't my dog. At this point my family leaves me on the phone to go get us checked in. He then states again that the neighbor is a great neighbor and asked if I wanted to see a picture of the dog. Well, no! I don't care what the dog looks like, I don't own a dog and I'm trying to make my sailboat cruise. He then asks if I care if he calls the pound on the dog. Again, I answer no. It's not my dog, I don't care what you do with the dog, I have to go. I called him the next morning to inquire about this so called dog and he said he didn't pursue it any further! After all he put me through! And he never once apologized.. So....nice home....take your chances.
