If you are looking for the best area of Fort Myers Beach where it is quiet and you have access to restaurants, bars, shops, the marina, and all the water sport activities. Or you just want to grab a chair and umbrella by the beach and hang out all day. This is the property for you! And after all the fun in the sun, you will have a updated fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is located directly on the beach. The screened-in lanai over-looks the beach and the ocean with amazing sunset views. This place has it all.

Very cute, spacious condo! We had a great time and the location is great - close to restaurants and bars, but away from the chaos. Easy to head south to Bonita, Naples, etc. Nice, new pool area with nice restrooms and outdoor shower. It’s slightly further south than the map shows IMO so slightly longer walk to the beach, but not a big issue.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It had everything we needed, and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive, and the check-in process was easy. We spent most of our time on the gorgeous beach but we also enjoyed the pool quite a bit. We would love to stay here again!

Awesome location with a quiet spot on the beach! Really enjoyed the vacation!

After a big hurricane couple years ago the area is slowly rebuilding. Demolition of building next door was annoying, but will someday come to an end. This condo could use a little TLC and updating.
