Construction is occurring in front of the property until June 2024. Noise and dust can be expected all day every day of the week. Please contact our customer experience team within 24 hours of creating your reservation if you feel this will be a problem. Refunds cannot be given within 30 days of check-in and after 24 hours have passed since booking.
Guests must use their own accounts to stream channels on the smart TV.
The kitchenette does not have an oven or dishwasher.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras located at the main entrance of the building, at each level on the corridors, and at the pool and outdoor dining area.

Many great restaurants within walking distance on 5th Avenue. Short walk to the beach and nice rooftop pool that we were the only ones to enjoy most of the time. Host Ary is exceptional to ensure all your needs and questions are taken care of

The host Ary was exceptional ensuring everything was taken care of before, during and after the stay. The condo itself was clean and in good condition. Enough space for 3 couples and 1 single.

Other than the no hot water in the showers, the place was just as described. Close to beach, tons of towels and extra blankets. Loved that my son had his own bedroom and private bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms was really really convenient. Everything we needed was there and the manager responded to all my inquiries quickly. Building is very secure and pool is nice.
