You are looking for a picturesque setting close to the sea and the mountains. Our air-conditioned duplex T3 / 6 pers is located in a residence with swimming pool 400m from the beach of the Gulf of Lozari. Shops: supermarket, bakery, tobacco / press and restaurants are 100m away. The apartment has: master bedroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor, sofa bed for 2 people, living room with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment , ...), bathroom with bath and WC, terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, free on-site parking, wifi, TV, baby bed, baby chair and BBQ free. Sheets and towels optional on reservation, cleaning compulsory € 70, secure key box for late arrival.

Praktische Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliegen und Strandspielzeug fürs Kind. Babybett und Hochstuhl waren auch vorhanden. Das Doppelbett auf der Empore, d.h. offen zum Wohn-/Essbereich, ist nicht optimal, aber man kann sich arrangieren und anscheinend ist die Bauweise gar nicht so unüblich. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, leider muss man ein paar Meter direkt an der Straße entlang laufen. Der Strand selbst ist aber sehr schön, lang und breit. Ein Spar Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, ein Kiosk, Restaurants und noch einiges mehr sind fußläufig auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite erreichbar. Auf dem Gelände gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten und einen großen Pool. An der Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft hat es etwas gemangelt (z.B. die abwischbare Tischdecke und die Spüle), evtl. waren vor uns längere Zeit keine Gäste da. Die Sanitäranlagen waren aber in Ordnung. Die Lage war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge/Touren.
