About this apartment rental
Welcome to enjoy your vacation in this lovely place. This is a one-room condo which has the perfect size for family, couple or even your own. The condo is on the 4th floor which is the highest floor in this building. Luckily, you get the best view and less noise. You can have a commanding view of blue sea anytime you like. All the facility in this condo is new. We could prepare cooking utensil if you want to cook. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to nature and watching sunsets.
This resort maybe is not that famous. But if you want to have a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is definitely the first choice for you. The condo is very close to shopping mall and restaurant and also convenient to get St. Petersburg, Tampa and Madeira Beaches, and John’s Pass Village.
The resort also provides the nice outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, private pier.
We'll provide a new TV and wonderful bedding as it didn't show in the pictures.

Unit nice, clean. Great view but noisey when on patio or pool due to freeway. Complex nice. Not crowded. Near everything. My only complaint is no ceiling fans. After a hot day in sun nice to cool off with a fan. If u need to sleep with a fan like me bring your own. Otherwise very nice place. Gorgeous sunsets

Overall, a nice efficiency condo with a nice view of the bay. The bathroom could have been better stocked and the kitchen could use newer dishes and cookware. Overall it was clean and tidy, a very convenient location and the Boca Ceiga Resort is on the bay with great water views. The resort has a nice pool area as well. Would definitely recommend.

The shower was poor. Very little water out of shower head. Almost nothing. Could not enjoy the balcony due to traffic sounds.would have been goo to note that in the listing. Comfortable bed.The TV in bedroom needs to be set up so you can actually see the TV. It is too low.
