Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront and a pantry area. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Unit includes two completely remodeled baths, one with tub-shower and the master with oversized gorgeous large shower with two shower heads and double sinks. Paradise found.
SPECIAL NOTE: We rent Saturday to Saturday ONLY from March thru October and provide one beach service set-up (2 chairs and one umbrella) on the beach through the Association's beach vendor from March thru October as weather permits. Every room from the entry to the balcony has been updated in this extensive remodel. It wasn’t just the fact that this was an amazing condo, but that the view to the gulf and the view of the pool were just incredible. The staff at the Crescent were so very kind and helpful. Parking and accessing the room were always very easy and accessing the beach and the pool were very easy as well. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Don’t hesitate to book here. We would be happy to stay here again.

We have enjoyed the Crescent many times over the past eleven years and this was the best unit we have stayed in. Communication regarding the check-in and check-out process was excellent. The unit was very clean and beautifully appointed. The beds were some of the most comfortable ones we have slept in. The views were just beautiful. We look forward to coming back!
