About this house rental
Black Bear ski condo at Sugarloaf ski area in Maine. The condo has three floors, three bedrooms (one master bedroom and bath with king size bed, and two with twin bunks over full beds, and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the second family room. The condo has a four full bathrooms, a full eat-in kitchen with a table that seats eight and a bar that seats five. The condo has two family rooms (one with a ping pong table) and the other with a floor to ceiling field stone gas fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to a deck. There is an entry way with seats to put on and take off boots and an indoor storage area for skis. The condo is beautifully furnished with live edge wood furniture created by local artisans, leather furniture, and flat screen TVs. The condo is a very short walk to walk to the Birches and Snubber chairlifts, restaurants, health club and pool, as well as being on the shuttle service. The condo has cable TV, wifi, washer and dryer, and telephone services.

Kim and her condo are the best. Kim was very detailed & timely in all communications. Her three story second home at Sugarloaf is modern with nice furniture and, a fully equipped kitchen. It is a short walk to a lift, the rec center and the Shipyard brewery.
Kim is very selective to whom she rents. If you are a noisy or disrespectful renter, then rent somewhere else. Our family had a wonderful time. The ultimate compliment is that we hope to return next year. Thank you Kim for sharing your second home with our family.

Amazing week at Kim’s condo. Location was great, short walk to mid station snubber lift. House was so clean, incredibly well stocked, and exactly as advertised. Highly recommend.
