About this house rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom house overlooking the great marsh with wonderful views of the Sandwich Boardwalk. It has been renovated but retains the character and charm of yesteryear. Kitchen opens to family and dining rooms. Upstairs the spacious great room is ideal to relax/look at the beautiful marsh and ocean beyond. Four bedrooms have 7 beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed and a blow up queen mattress. There is a large deck and a balcony on the second floor that looks out on to the Marsh and the ocean in the distance. The first floor bathroom was recently renovated and a sun room has been added. The kitchen is well appointed with much of what you will need to cook any meal.
A cozy studio cottage sits on the edge of the property, ideal for in-laws or a couple, it is open from May through October and includes an additional bedroom, bathroom and outdoor shower. 10 minute walk into town with close proximity to restaurants, beaches and Sandwich Marina.
There are 3 kayaks, 2 bikes, boogie boards, noodles, coolers, beach chairs, fishing poles and much more for your use.

Lots of room to spread out in the house, and a great play area for our grandkids in the back yard. The house is very well equipped. The marsh views are beautiful! The houses’s location is also very convenient.

This property was everything the listing said it is and more! We had 8 people in our family, and this house is plenty big for many more. It was so comfortable with a beautiful view from the second floor. However, we also enjoyed sitting on the deck on the first level. The bird feeder in the large tree attracted many birds. The check-in couldn't have been easier, & the Wi-Fi was very strong.

Thi house is located in a stunning location with the marsh's view, perfect for a sip of wine and sunset. The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and big enough for a large family.The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, as well as the communication with the host.We are planning to rent this house in the future again is possible.
