About this house rental
We live onsite and the house was built as a rental in mind. When facing the building from the street, we are on the left side. You have your own separate entrance. You need to enter from the front door and can open the glass sliding door to the dining area (outside) and swimming pool. This side is approx. 1,300 square feet. It has a King memory foam bed upstairs with a bathroom shower and walk in closet. It also has an Lanai looking over the pool. Downstairs is a queen sofa bed in the front room along with two chairs and a bay window over looking the pool area. Also a bath tub/shower, the Kitchen and bedroom 2 located just off the kitchen. Both bedrooms have locked doors. The glass sliding door leads to an open lanai with roof/ceiling area for eating and sitting out of the sun and over looking the pool. There is also a Hammock to relax on (please use bug spray) flies will land on you. Pool deck please no running as it may be slippery when feet and or deck is wet. Hours are 8am-9pm after 9pm please no noise. No smoking is allowed on site. Please do not smoke if the house smells of cigarettes additional cleaning may be charged. Floors, hard wood is in the upstairs bedroom and closet as well as the staircase. Waterproof flooring in in the frqontroom and downstairs bedroom. Travertine is in the showers floor and granite tops are throughout. Cabinets are all solid core. Fridge with ice machine in provided along with a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer(outside in carport area), pots and pans, oven cooktop, hair dryer, iron, fire alarm smoke detectors, fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink)

Well situated. Short drive to Kailua beaches. Arrival and departure were very easy. An all around great place for our Kailua home base.

The Ohana Cottage was exactly what we were hoping for! Close to everything we enjoy in Hawaii. Beaches, trails, and great local restaurants. It had such a wonderful Hawaiin vibe.
The Phelps Ohana (John and Susan) could not have been more accomodating and welcoming. They were available, yet not intrusive at all. The beds were so comfortable, and we had everything at our fingertips to make our stay perfect. Our highest recommendations for the Ohana Cottage!
