Welcome to SommerHaus!
My home away from home has been fully renovated and modernized down to the last detail. Nestled between the 14th and 15th fairways and overlooking Stewart Lake, this location is absolutely one of the best in Seascape. A swimming pool (including a heated one in the fall/winter), pickleball courts, tennis courts, a golf course, the lake and the beach are all very short and convenient walks on this private resort property.
I modified the original floor plan to make the space more roomy and open. Unlike most golf villas, the kitchen has raised ceilings and is open to the dining and living room areas, creating a great space for family time and entertaining. There are beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances and cabinets throughout the kitchen. The separate ice machine certainly comes in handy and the double oven makes preparing meals in the kitchen much easier.
I have beds for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There are two full baths. The master bathroom was a particularly welcome renovation that our taller guests will appreciate since it includes a 6 ft. tub and shower. The 2nd bathroom is in the main hallway and includes a shower and bath as well.
I have a washer and dryer inside the unit which is not typical for the golf villas. There is a 60" TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen TV in the master bedroom with basic cable and free WiFi for renters.
The spacious deck is another great feature of SommerHaus with a comfortable elevated dining table and chairs overlooking Stewart Lake and cafe lights to make nights on the deck warm and inviting.
The property has been in my family for almost 50 years and the renovations I made reflect everything I had always wished for in the place that I have called my second home. Now, I want to share this fantastic experience with you!

The house was very well stocked with all we needed just bring your own beach items. Owner was easy to communicate with. Great location, right across from beach, heated pool, easy parking, very clean home. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic two-month stay! The location was perfect—quiet and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for an extended stay and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated with a lovely beachy vibe. The host was excellent—responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tim’s condo, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I booked, Tim was incredibly responsive and provided all the information I needed for a smooth check-in process.
The condo itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The living area was spacious with plenty of natural light, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials, which made preparing meals a breeze.
There was one unfortunate incident where someone hit a golf ball through our car windshield while on the property, and not much could be done about it. However, Tim was very accommodating and allowed us to stay until the evening so we weren’t in the sun waiting for our windshield to be replaced. His kindness and understanding during this situation were greatly appreciated.
