About the home
The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A custom media room welcomes guests to enjoy movies and entertainment on the large sectional sofa with a workspace area. Off the media room is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom. Outside is an exquisite seating area with outdoor gas fireplace and private hot tub.

Up the stairs to the main living level featuring the professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating overlooking a sunk-in living room centered on a gas fireplace. Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants are a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

Perfect property for a family of adults and children ranging in age from 14 yo to 23 yo. The only downside is only one king sized bedroom. Location is excellent although we had a car which enabled quick trips to the shops around the corner and Whistler village for ski drop off. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking at home.

Great property in a perfect location close to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. The terrace level was a good size private bedroom, office, TV, and hot tub with fireplace. Very private with a view! We loved the place and Canada in general. I would definitely recommend and return.
