Newer home in Bessemer Alabama. Just minutes away from Tuscaloosa. Built in 2014 with all the amenities and accessibility to interstate. This house is in pristine condition and ready for you to come and enjoy. Shopping mall, theatres, and restaurants less than a mile away. House is 1700 sq. ft. All you have to do is show up, everything else you need is provided. Also, this is our personal home that we rent out to guest, so it's not just 100% rental property, just would like to make you aware upfront.
