The unit was a little older with some clear signs of wear and tear but overall everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. View of the beach was great, pool was super nice, and location was good. Parking was hard late at night but they do have an overflow lot.

First thing that needs to be done is a new sea wall designed by me!
Then new pool!
