The beautiful Villa Ružmarin is located in a small Istrian village, in a quiet area. The garden is private and secure, only for your use.
On hot summer days you will find true relaxation by the pool under the warm Istrian sun.
Two-storey house surrounded by unspoiled pure nature, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and amenities. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a TV.
The living room is very comfortable, with a large sofa, a large TV, and a direct exit to the terrace overlooking the pool.
A large outdoor table is just steps above the pool. On the charcoal grill, you can prepare delicious fish and meat dishes.
WLAN / WiFi is available to our guests free of charge!
Parking is secured in front of the house.

Great house and garden, very quiet location, everything easily accessible by car. Great landlords and are also available for questions to the council. Would love to visit again

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um unsere Belange gekümmert. Alles war in einem guten Zustand und hat funktioniert. Vielen Dank und Grüße

Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend zur Erholung in absoluter Privatsphäre und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Bilder sprechen für sich und entsprechen unserem Eindruck vor Ort. Die Vermieter sind absolut hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt und Strände sind etwa 30 Fahrminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und Umgebung.
