About this farm stay rental
Old covered with threshing floor where corn and potatoes were kept on Thursday. In the nineties it was rehabilitated as a guest house, where granite and wood were respected, many of the old pieces of family furniture have been restored in the decoration, which will remind many of the grandparents' home.
Today surrounded by dense vegetation, it offers travelers a quiet and cozy retreat. Where stands out the magnificent granite floor, ideal place to enjoy a good Green Wine. Traditional stone house where in the winter the salamander is lit but in the summer it opens to the pool.
Downstairs is a quiet room, with a family atmosphere to be quietly reading, writing to friends over the internet or watching TV, connects with the fully equipped kitchen and ready to cook any meal. A zone of convivio open to the outside.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double with two beds, a more modest area for rest, where we find a library with novels, short stories, guides for travelers and lots of children's and young people's literature. Next to the library the bathroom, original in decoration and ambiance, with window and views to the fields.

Hemos pasado 10 días en Casa Cerrejeida, 2 adultos y 2 niños. La casa muy agradable y coqueta, cómoda y limpia. Pero es el jardín y el entorno lo que hace de la casa un lugar realmente especial. Tanto la discreta terraza trasera, a la sombra de una vid, fresca y tranquila, como la espectacular piscina con la zona de barbacoa y la pérgola con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Detalles como la caravana de juguetes para los niños, los árboles frutales de la finca y el inmenso espacio para simplemente recorrer. Es un lugar ideal para compartir. Las fotos se quedan cortas. Además Famalicao es un muy buen punto de salida para conocer el norte de Portugal. Margarida y Sergio han sido muy amables y nos han dado datos de la zona que nos han ayudado a disfrutar aún más de la estancia. Nos quedamos con el deseo de volver. Muchas gracias por todo.

Merci à Sergio et Margarida pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. La propriété est un îlot paradisiaque dans une région très urbanisée. Le jardin est magnifique et la maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine extérieure donnant sur la piscine très agréable. Seul bémol, la literie mériterait d’être changée.

A nossa estadia decorreu no início do mês de Setembro, uma data importante e a celebrar. A escolha da Casa da Cerejeira não podia ter sido melhor.A casa é de uma antiga quinta agrícola, mas o imenso trabalho em trazê-la até aos dias de hoje está tão bem conseguido que a primeira sensação é a de que estamos a chegar a um lugar que já conhecemos, que nos é familiar de tão acolhedor e ponderado que é.De forma pragmática, tudo é surpreendentemente e naturalmente bem conseguido. O quarto é muito confortável, a casa de banho e a cozinha são muito funcionais, e a sala é um local de permanência em convívio, em harmonia… e em boa companhia. O local envolvente é muito calmo, planeado nos seus vários momentos de forma inteligente, e a piscina e jardim envolvente são obrigatórios, assim como o mergulho que demos.Os proprietários são invisíveis, mas sempre presentes e disponíveis para uma ajuda ou conversa. Foram muito amáveis connosco, fizeram-nos sentir em casa e completamente à vontade.Recomendação segura e a repetir!
