About this house rental
When is a townhouse not a townhouse? When it looks and feels like a luxury stand alone home! Lake Haven is a fabulous 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath two story waterfront with 2 master bedrooms and a great open layout. The lower level has a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room that provide a wonderful gathering space for up to 10 adults (and some children). This walks out to 1,000 sqft of concrete patio space, which is partially covered and gives you 180 degree views of the lake.
The two living areas also provides lots of room for your friends and family. Decorated somewhat like a Colorado lodge, Lake Haven has so many extras, it is hard to list; built in wine cooler, enclosed screen porch, Lily Pad for lake, paddleboards, outside wood grilling fireplace, fire pit, Martini Deck, concrete basketball court, 16 x 36 covered boat slip, 16 x 40 Covered Dock Bar Entertainment area connected to the 12 x 40 Swim dock. The property also has two outdoor concrete deck areas to relax and play. Magnificent lake views, in a wide, but not too wide of a cove. Located just minutes from the town of Laurie at the 39 mile marker, this will be your Lake Haven year after year!

We stayed here for our annual get together with high school friends. The house was very clean and better than the pictures. The view is great from the multiple outdoor spaces. Dock is large and easily held the 8 of us along with a nice dock space for my boat. Very good VRBO!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this house on the Lake. the house is fantastic for a large famly/friend gathering. Lots of spaces outdoors and indoors to gather. The bathroom remodels/addition were very nicely done. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi worked greate too for surfing and streaming. The extra baod slip at the dock is perfect since we alway rent a boat for a few days. The view is dyanmite and the quiet cove is a plus and excellent for wakeboarding and skiing.
