The Southwest Gardens Apartment is a large one-bedroom, one-bathroom home located just one-block west from the Missouri Botanical Gardens, two-blocks north of the historic Tower Grove Park and less than a mile from The Hill neighborhood. This apartment comes with everything you would need for daily life and comfort. I only accept 30+ night reservations.
There are laundry machines located in the basement, High speed internet with Wi-Fi, smart TV's and a fenced back yard with a patio for your enjoyment. This apartment can sleep up to TWO guests: one king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and linens included. In the kitchen you will find everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. The building is located in the Southwest Gardens Neighborhood right in the heart of the city, making it a perfect location for getting out and about in St. Louis.

Overall it was a great stay in a great neighborhood. The apartment/condo is as advertised. It's an old south St. Louis building, so it's typical style of that neighborhood. The place is generally updated, with a good sturdy bed, plenty of closet space for a short trip, and it's location is stellar. It's not a huge place, so if you're looking for something big then look elsewhere. For my family of 3 it was perfect. If I had to be picky I'd say the bathroom and kitchen were a little small. If you're tall you may have an issue with the bathroom (I'm not that tall). Owner seems nice and it was mostly quiet in the building. We came during a very hot stretch and the A/C kept us nice and cool. The laundry came in helpful too. Overall I would recommend!

The apartment is as stated and looks just like the pictures. Mike is fantastic and always available. There are steps, and if you are on the 2nd floor, it can be challenging. Great location; everything is less than 10 min away. Six flags is a 30 min easy drive. I will book this location again and will refer all my friends. Thanks Mike!

Overall the stay was fine and it served its purpose for our quick weekend trip. Mike was quick to respond and left clear and very detailed instructions on what to do and how.
We have stayed in St Louis in much nicer properties for the same average cost, but this was a last minute book. The location is close to everything. 15 min drive to the Cardinals stadium. Everything was clean. However, this is an older property with some very odd smells inside. The property does not get very cool if you’re a stickler for cold air conditioning at night. The bed could use an upgrade, as it has a “rolling” sense because either side is worn. The parking is very crowded and this unit is located up two sets of stairs.
Overall, I would stay in the area again, but would choose a more renovated property with nicer amenities for our next family visit.
