About this apartment rental
We are Located on the 7th floor of PERDIDO TOWERS. Our home is unique in that we have floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. We have 2 balconies one facing the ocean the other facing Ole River. Private beach for our condo use only. Property is unique with beach AND river side accommodations with private boat dock and tennis/pickle ball courts across the street. So simply walk downstairs to the beach or across the street to enjoy fishing or boating! Quiet property that is well maintained and has won awards for its management.

Enjoy gulf views from the balcony and walk a few steps out of the door to get your feet in the sand on the beach or take a swim in the pool

Such a beautiful condo on the Perdido Beach! Perfect location! Enjoyed long walks in the beach and sitting on the balcony listening to the water. Renee was super to work with to make the weekend perfect!
