The home backs to a greenbelt with views of the forest and a seasonal creek. Enjoy the gas grill in the peaceful setting outside. Right outside your door, walk down the street and enter a large trail system, perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling and more. Kingswood West is one of the few subdivisions in North Lake Tahoe that is a short drive (10 minutes) to Northstar Ski Resort and to Lake Tahoe's sandy shoreline (5 minutes), shopping and dining scene.
Parking:
3 car max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

We had 5 adults and 2 dogs in town for a long weekend and this house was great for our stay! Close to the lake, to hiking trails, to Truckee, and more. The big open living and dining space was great for hanging out as a group! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable!

This home near the North shore of Lake Tahoe was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable for our family and family friends. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking at home super easy. Comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the showers. The wifi worked great which was a blessing because we had zero cell service anywhere in that area. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. We would certainly stay here again! Thanks for everything!

The property was nice but the screen door was broken and the person before us had that issue and hoped it was fixed for the next quests and it was not. I did get a call to tell me they were working on the internet- we didn’t have an issue. I called and they told me they would send someone out which they did not. They was no soap, shampoo etc which would have been nice.
