This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a modern feel and is conveniently located minutes from downtown Kings Beach. Easy access single level home! Features a great open living room, dining room and kitchen area. Perfect for family gatherings. The home backs to a greenbelt with views of the forest and a seasonal creek. Enjoy the gas grill in the peaceful setting outside. Right outside your door, walk down the street and enter a large trail system, perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling and more. Kingswood West is one of the few subdivisions in North Lake Tahoe that is a short drive (10 minutes) to Northstar Ski Resort and to Lake Tahoe's sandy shoreline (5 minutes), shopping and dining scene.
Parking:
3 car max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
