About this house rental

Pretty fenced cottage on two floors, not connected, a few kilometers from Pescara, in a dominant position, overlooking a green valley that opens onto the extraordinary landscape of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby Majella area. The house has a large equipped outdoor area for outdoor dining, surrounded by fruit trees, olive groves and flowers. The upper floor has a large terrace overlooking the valley. The house is ideally located near the highway exit (A14) and not far from Chieti, in a strategic position to explore the entire region. You can also reach the beaches by bus (There is a bus stop near the accommodation) that goes to the coast of Ortona, Francavilla, Fossacesia and San Vito, which have been awarded the Blue Flag. Mount Majella is just a few kilometers away. In addition to walks and hikes, you can follow adventure trails for adults and children and discover nature from the trees. The combination of sea and mountains offers the opportunity for a very special vacation between relaxation, adventure and nature.
