Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut, kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gastronomische Einrichtungen liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Objekt und sind alle zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt.

Es ist eine im allgemeinen sehr schöne modern eingerichtete kleine Wohnung.
Ein kleiner Mangel ist das Wasser. Beim Duschen wechselt es zwischen warm und kalt hin und her und der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach und teilweise tropft es nur aus der Dusche. Das erfordert Geduld. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super.

Wir haben im Juli einen richtig tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung verbringen dürfen. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung. Die Wohnung war tipp topp gereinigt und für den Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super und so ruhig, dass man beim Einschlafen das Rauschen der Ostsee hört. Wirklich toll. 😍😘
