About this house rental
This newly painted canal home has been updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island dining area. The open floor plan, recently renovated with new tile floors, new furniture, all new queen beds and updated plumbing, overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into the Gulf of Mexico.
All three bedrooms have individual in suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal.The Great Room is newly decorated and has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house (and pool area!)
The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach. There are restaurants, bike and boat rentals nearby. We are in an excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay despite some unseasonably cold weather. House layout was perfect allowing everyone their own space. Shared living areas were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great washer/dryer laundry area. Pool area is nice, water is heated. Short walk to beach. Sheila responded quickly to questions. Pool and maintenance people responded within a day.

The host was available and helpful. Excellent location, both private and an easy walk to the beach and stores. We loved the house and pool and plan to return.

Great location to beach and activities! Loved the screened in porch, pool area and canal! Great layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Disappointed with overall condition of property. Definitely needs TLC and maintenance. There have been some wonderful updates but needs paint and repairs! Needs pest control! And less restrictions on linens and laundry usage, if you rent make sure you have your own laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags!
