About this house rental
If you are working remotely, our home is ideal for your staycation. High speed mesh wifi throughout the home, lanai and pool area so you can stay connected throughout the property. The office has a desk and printer. Take a break when you want.
Five-minute walk to the beautiful white sand Gulf beach via the neighborhood deeded access and use our beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Enjoy kayaking (bring your own) and fishing off the dock system.
You’ll love our home because of the high-end furnishings, the remodeled screened pool area with hot tub, outdoor TV, and grill, hundreds of fragrant blooming flowers among 50+ palm trees, the views, watching the sunrise over the bay, and watching the daily journey of the dolphins. This is one of the most perfect places that we have stayed. The house is well-kept, clean and spacious, and the amenities make it feel just like home. The lanai is fantastic, overlooking the pool and providing a great view of the bay - stretching far in every direction. The pool and pool area is very nice, with plenty of space for shade or sun. it is an easy walk to the beach, and the beach is everything that you can hope for - nice sand, shells, and extending far in both directions. Rick was friendly and easy to communicate with, and there were no issues with the home during our stay. would definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

This is our second stay at this property in as many years, and it was just as enjoyable! Communication with the property manager is always outstanding, the home is impeccably maintained, and this vacation home more than lives up to its billing. First rate all the way!

The property is actually better than the pictures. We have four teenagers and this property was absolutely perferct. We spent hours in the pool, enjoyed games of bags, and walking to the beach to swim and catch the sunsets. There are plenty of things to do in the area and it was fun to come home to a quiet neighborhood. We also saw lots of dolphins right off the dock. Would highly recommend this property!

This was one of our favorite vacation stays. House and pool facilities are top notch. The location is quite and has great views - and access to the beach, shopping , and restaurants within walking distance. The best of both aspects of Fort Myers Beach.
