Our ground floor, two-bedroom apartment provides walk-out access directly from your terrace to the gorgeous infinity pool. Sunrise features premium amenities, a spacious open-concept living room, dining area and top-notch kitchen, all bathed in sunlight, thanks to the 20 feet of sliding glass doors. This unit also offers a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, elegant ceiling fans, and a pampering feel-good atmosphere due to the beautiful furnishings amid a warm, relaxing color scheme.
Two very comfortable bedrooms with fine linens, share a stylish and well-thought-out bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a queen-size bed, while the other one features two full size beds. Furthermore, Sunrise has its own private terrace facing the ocean, the perfect place to enjoy a truly spectacular sunset and a glass of the finest Argentine Malbec.
Outside, an oversized, salt-water infinity pool and heated salt-water whirlpool are nestled right above the waves of the Pacific. For your comfort, sun loungers surround the pool and day beds are located under a thatched-roof tiki cabana. The lush, tropical landscaped grounds include barbecue grills and Wi-Fi throughout. The interiors include premium amenities, flat screen TV’s, Wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, whole house water purification system, premium stainless appliances, abundant closets in all rooms and laundry facilities.

We stayed at Sunrise for 5 nights just between Christmas and New Years. The place is impeccable and very comfortable. It was amazing to live right on the beach for a few days - We loved sitting in the Jacuzzi, which feels like it is right on the Sand! The beach in front of the house is basically empty and feels like a private beach. Both the owner and the local manager were incredibly helpful. The unit has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much Carri for sharing it with us!!!

Immaculate in and out. Super friendly neighborhood . Safe. Very private yet so close to the action of Montinita. Resort like feel without the crowds.
