About this villa rental
A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house including a separate guest casita (full bedroom and bathroom) within a privately enclosed courtyard. The property sits on a third of an acre with no neighbours, and boasts a beautifully constructed veranda made of natural stone, containing a barbeque, fire pit, and covered dining area. The house is located steps away from the beach to one side, and a luxurious pool to another, in addition to being just minutes away from the Paraiso del Mar Resort championship golf course. If coming from downtown La Paz, guests will take a 10 minute ferry boat ride to cross the La Paz bay to reach the private resort.
The house is entirely upgraded, including travertine floors and bathrooms, a large chef's kitchen complete with an island and stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. The owner traveled to several cities around La Paz to furnish the house in the authentic, yet modernized style of this Baja capital.

Casa 252 is a home away from home with all of the amenities that you need. There were seven of us and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a casita, which has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, we each had ample room. The kitchen and living areas are so roomy and we spent the majority of our time here and outside in the back yard. The pool and beach are only steps away from the back gate. You can walk for miles and miles along the beach or you can wander along finding seashells and other interesting things. If you are interested, you can take a communal bike and go for a ride. The condos, which have a pool bar and restaurant are a 15 minute walk away along the beach or you can use one of the bikes and bike there along the road. There is an eighteen hole golf course there that you can walk to or use the free shuttle, which also takes you back and forth to the ferry. La Paz is just a 10 minute ferry ride, where you can enjoy tons of restaurants, the Malecon and many other things. All in all a very private and safe area to relax and enjoy yourself.

This home and Paradise Del Mar is a wonderful, beautiful, relaxing place to be. We were a group of 8, and the house has a large dining and living area. The bedrooms also were very nice. I especially liked our bed. No aches and pains from mattress, dark shades to keep out the sun until we were ready to get up and enjoy that warm sun. The grounds people work very hard at keeping the landscape looking great. The drivers and boat operators were always on time and engaging. Mary was alway prompt to answer my numerous questions before and during our stay.

We (a couple) rented this casa for 4 months beginning December 2019. Paraiso Del Mar is a small but beautifully maintained property with golf, tennis, and pickleball. Shopping and entertainment is accessible on the mainland using the PDM water taxi.
The casa is spacious with a generous patio and a short walk to the beach. Maintenance issues were quickly addressed by the property manager. The home is furnished with furniture which is stylish, but uncomfortable. Although we had prepaid the entire 4 months, we left after 2 1/2 months when both of us began having serious back problems from both sleeping and sitting.
