About this house rental
COME ON enjoy the sun and tranquility of the condo. Make this your best vacation yet. Ancient oak trees adorn this freshly remodeled condo, ..New beds, everything's new. Two bedroom, one bath, king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd room. Condo sleeps 4.

In ground pool, for the best of parties or when you're tired of the beach. the POOL IS ONLY FOR GUESTS AND OWNERS.
3 miles from the malls, steak houses, fine dining. Downtown is minutes away, with easy interstate access. Party all night and take an inexpensive Uber home.
20 MINUTES FROM THE WORLDS WHITEST BEACHES, don't pay expensive beach condo prices that offer nothing stay here and enjoy more. Easy beach access. Lay out get tan, stay all day. Come home to rest and relaxation.
This is a ground floor, stand alone unit. Easy to get in, easy to get out.
This is a non smoking unit. Do not smoke in the unit at all . Do not smoke cigarettes, tobacco, pipes, Vapes, or marijuana , do not light up in the condo. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Smoking outside is permitted. no lightables are allowed including candles etc.
Excellent for military personnel not wanting to stay at a hotel or one the base.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED !!
10 % discount on WEEKLY and 20% MONTHLY rentals . MILITARY discounts given.

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable! I can’t say enough about Ed our host, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! He checked with us frequently to make sure everything was alright.
The beds were super comfortable and my grandson loved the Jacuzzi tub and looked forward to bath times! The pool was very close to the condo and has lounge chairs and umbrellas already there. There was restrooms for both ladies and gents!
I didn’t only find a great vacation rental but also made a new friend!
Im looking forward to staying again very soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The location is very central and the pool is nice. The host is attentive bordering on obsessive. The day we left the property he asked me if we would come back and stay and if I would leave a positive review. I didn’t reply immediately because we were in route to our next destination. Then he texted asking if the ear buds/hearing aids that the cleaning lady threw away belonged to me. My husband had mistakenly left his hearing aids behind and rather than notify us he instructed someone to throw them in the trash. This person knew they were important enough to notify the condo owner but he instructed them to discard them and then tell me after the fact. Of course it is our fault ultimately for forgetting them but who does that??? With $3000 hearing aids. I called him immediately to ask when the garbage would pick up and he told me “ he didn’t know.” He didn’t know when the garbage ran or which dumpster they were in and made no effort to help us find out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone rent from this guy. He could have cared less that these were something of importance or that my husband needs them to function in most normal scenarios. Just completely ridiculous and inconsiderate.
