This home is a converted 8 car garage to a large estate. It is full of charm and warmth. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there is a fireplace in kitchen and living room, entrance hall is stone and is heated as is the master bath floor, there is a 2 car garage, and most important it is so convenient to everything - schools ( top notch school district), train, hospital, shopping, library, YMCA, restaurants, hardware store etc. House has central air conditioning and is equipped with WIFI. Large front yard which is maintained for you.

This home is gracious and beautifully appointed. The tall trees and landscaping are well taken care of and provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The furnishings and details of the home are lovely and and interesting historically. The house is well stocked with everything one could possible need. It is a very enjoyable spot..I am sure is spectacular in the fall.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. The essence of the Old Main Line of Philadelphia. The history of area exudes from all the neighborhoods in area. Charming home decorated perfectly for those who enjoy an historic property. We have rented the past two years and are coming back in 2024!

This wonderful home had every appointment possible and felt loved by its owner. It was spotless and so convenient to great restaurants and shopping. We were there a month and are already asking about coming back.
