About this house rental
Our mountain house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and a romantic free standing stove, comfortable beds. It has a spectacular view and is 5 minutes from downtown Boone, gated community. Wireless internet and cable with movie channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to make you feel at home. It has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and air condition. The neighborhood is gated great place to walk with nature, mountain views, and a pond. During the winter months you will need 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive.

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cabin. Had everything we needed. Favorite part was the view even though the weather was too chilly to enjoy sitting on the deck.

I must say this little house was once loved and cared for, but as time takes its toll, upgrades and care seem to have gone by the wayside. The trees have grown up so as to not allow for the view that is represented in the pictures. The initial impression of cleanliness was present, although it was very "dated" and in need of freshening up. The result being an accumulation of unnecessary clutter in the cabinets, etc. An overall declutter and deep cleaning is in order!!I'm not sure what is happening to the downstairs, but there is a lot of "junk" that looks like unfinished remodel material left lying around.This is a solid structure that with some TLC could be a lovely destination!!
