Historic Beach House with screened porch and outdoor shower

Its a lovely little house and the host was very quick and responsive when I had questions. It was cozy and nice for our little family of 5. They had everything you needed to be able to cook at home. There was plenty of room for 5 us to hang out and not feel too crowded. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. The screened in porch could of used better cleaning, or the curtains replaced since there was mold on them, and the floor needed to be cleaned up from where rain had gotten inside over time. The vent covers are rusted/broken and need to be replaced along with just some minimal updates to the walls and the landscaping needed to be done since the leaves were so bad. There aren't any public pools in tybee and one of the "community pools" required a membership but we did find one and its free in daffin park about 25 mins away. Honestly, I would rent from here again.

Great spot for our family! Very clean and good locations

Just a short walk to Tybee Lighthouse and beach. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Beds comfortable with plenty of throw blankets. Water pressure in the shower very good. Would definitely visit again!

Family of five and stayed for six days. Decently clean, except for a pill we found on the floor (luckily turned out to just be high blood pressure meds). About half mile from North Beach. Old lady neighbor from down the street is nosey and won’t leave you alone until you go inside. No washer and dryer, which is fine, but ran out of clean towels so we had to load them up and go to the laundromat. Overall, not a very convenient location for a beach vacation. I’d stay again, but without the kids.
