About this house rental
The house is an original 1932 beach house located in Tybee's District. The home is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We are only a 10-minute walk from the beach and Tybee Lighthouse. The house is located on North Beach (less crowded) and includes a private outdoor shower and a covered porch with a swing. Your space consists of the entire 2nd floor (private entrance and area)

Everything was perfect, and looks exactly like the pictures on the site. We stayed here for a week as part of a large family vacation during an extreme heat wave. Being so close to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was well used! The house is beautifully decorated and has clear instructions for everything on the coffee table. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing at night as well. Will definitely return to the island, and hopefully get to rent here again! My family agrees as well, they loved it too!

This apartment was in the right location for our family to relax on North Beach, Tybee Island and to also adventure to Daufuskie, Charleston and Savannah. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The beach house was perfect for our family! Peaceful neighborhood setting on the north end of the island, close to the beach and a playground/park area. The kitchen was well set up for cooking meals, and the beach house was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family of five and stayed for six days. Decently clean, except for a pill we found on the floor (luckily turned out to just be high blood pressure meds). About half mile from North Beach. Old lady neighbor from down the street is nosey and won’t leave you alone until you go inside. No washer and dryer, which is fine, but ran out of clean towels so we had to load them up and go to the laundromat. Overall, not a very convenient location for a beach vacation. I’d stay again, but without the kids.
