About this house rental
Located between Silver Lake and Pentwater, this house has all you need for a fun family vacation or nice quiet get away! Access to 750 feet of private association beach on Lake Michigan is just across the street and down the association steps.
Four bedrooms (one king, two queens and two twins) easily accommodate 8 guests. Two baths, one upstairs and one on main floor, both have showers (no tub). The open kitchen accommodates 3 at the bar and a table for 6 and opens into the living room which has flatscreen smart TV with apps such as Hulu, YouTubeTV and Netflix. The back living area/game room includes a table for playing cards and games, a smart TV and a closet with beach towels and toys. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
The large front deck with built in benches, a table and chairs, and charcoal grill is great for hanging out or enjoying meals outside. An outdoor fire pit is just outside with chairs for sitting around the fire and making s'mores.
Travel north 7 miles to the village of Pentwater to enjoy shopping, dining, ice cream, a fantastic candy store, amazing toy store and more! Travel south 7 miles to Silver Lake to hike the dunes, ride go carts, play at the arcade, putt putt or take a Mac Woods dune tour. Or simply enjoy walking along the Lake Michigan shoreline, a campfire or relaxing on the deck.

We enjoyed the front porch for eating dinner in a peaceful setting. FYI there is no air conditioning; the nights did cool down fine with fans. We had a few observations to report - and the owner was responsive when we informed her. Nearby is a BEAUTIFUL stretch of Lake MI beach. By walking down the block, you reach a county park with a newly build staircase which is easy to walk down.
