The Signature Condo is located just off the "Las Vegas Strip," toward the back of the main MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Although close to the action, the resort is enveloped in a serene, private, non-gaming, smoke-free atmosphere. The Signature Condo Hotel provides three separate towers with secured gated entrances.

A. PHOTO ID MUST BE SUBMITTED at Front Desk upon arrival. The person who made the reservation needs to check in first when arriving and must be 21 years or older. You may add Guest's names (as per initial reservation) to the reservation at the Front Desk when checking in if you want them to have room keys/charging privileges. B. A credit card must also be placed on file with MGM Signature. An amount of $100-300 ($100/day, max $300) will place an authorization to allow you access to room charging privileges and may result in additional authorizations should your charge exceed the originally approved amount.

You authorize MGM Signature to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges; and in the event you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize MGM Signature to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.

D. If you choose to pay in your home currency and not in U.S. Dollars, your charges will be converted by the merchant using wholesale interbank exchange rate plus a 3% international margin. Your final amount will be converted using the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of check-out without any additional consultation.
E. You are liable for any and all charges posted to your room. You are further liable for all damages to the room and common areas caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that any guests in your room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the Resort at any MGM Resorts Int'l property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise. There is a $7+ charge for receipt of any package (depending on weight).
F. Check-out clean provided. During stay, cleaning service is available for $80/per clean (subject to change) provided by Owner (including linen/towels). Would request at least 24-hour notice.
G. Please note that the price paid upon check-out to reserve is the pre-tax price. You will receive a NV lodging tax invoice via the Resolutions Center after check-in to complete separately.
* NO smoking.* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. There is a firepit area outside by Tower 1 pool for smoking. Smoking/marijuana, or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file.

* NO pets/animals.* MGM has a strict/NO pet policy w/fine/cleaning fee* $500 fee.
* NO parties/group gatherings inside condo.*
* Charges will apply for violations.
*The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations.
* Please note that extra guests (above two) will incur an additional fee of $29 plus tax/guest per day. We reserve the right to cancel non-compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

* We are not responsible for spoilage of food and beverages.
* We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
