Queen bed in primary with TV, queen in 2nd bedroom and full bath upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook and entertain, gas range, Keurig coffee maker. Full dining table plus 4 bar spaces, very bright. 55 inch TV with Xfinity and Wifi, pull out sofa. Bonus room on first level with sectional and room for an air mattress with half bath. Huge 2 car garage plus additional dedicated space out front. 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail and 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 5 blocks from Main St. make this a perfect location for your Summit County vacation. This was one of my favorite VRBO experiences! First, the house was perfect for us! It’s beautifully decorated and wonderfully cozy in all ways. Great location and easy walk to town for meals or shopping. But perhaps the best part was our host, Colleen! She made our whole experience wonderful. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

My two adult children and I had a delightful stay at this home. The property was just as described, the host was very communicative (generally responding within hours) and the location was convenient to town as well as nearby ski resorts. The three of us and our pooch will gladly stay here again should we have the chance.

We had the perfect family trip to Frisco this summer! Colleen and Brad are wonderful hosts, the condo was super comfortable, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and the location can't be beat. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer.
