4 bedroom home pool and jacuzzi foot of mountain 30 min from San Diego beaches

The home was phenomenal, but more importantly the care and communication from the owner, as well as, the property manager was way above and beyond! The home was perfect for our family, and the location was great. It is still close to all that San Diego has to offer, but remote enough that you don't feel cramped. If we are ever here again, this place would be our first choice!

This house exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for 7 adults. A great dining/kitchen area for meals, games, and conversations! The pool and hot tub were everything we needed and the nice private location was a peaceful, relaxing, space which was just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again on return trips to the area!

First off, the house itself is beautiful and feels very homey. Looks just like the pictures. It is big enough to accommodate a larger group of people. We had six people and only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Place is easy to find. We arrived late at night and check-in was easy. The pool is clean, but kind of deep for my 9 yr old brother. Plenty of rooms/space to relax. We saw a mouse the first night we got there, and after telling the owner, she had someone come in to set up traps for it. Was told that mice and snakes are common in the area and to keep doors closed. We didn't see any snakes during our stay but cute bunnies. OVerall, You get what you pay for. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind renting this place again.

Very nice layout of the home and property. Appeared to be in the process of some minor re-model, and maintenance repairs, but did not interfere with our stay.
