This house was so beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. We took 34 special needs adults with us and were able to separate the boys on one side and the girls on another side due to the amazing layout. There was everything there we needed to cook & clean with. The refrigerators were a great help with all of the food we had for our weekend. The house manager was very quick with responses when I texted as well as helpfull with all of the information on the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in process was as explained. Rooms were spacious and love that each room had their own private bathroom! Kitchen had everything needed and more! We especially LOVE the dual Sub Zero fridge! The stove took some time to operate but no issues once we figured it out! Kids love the upstairs and had a blast playing cards, charades etc in a space they can call their own! Beach was just a couple of blocks over! Would definitely stay again! We enjoyed this house and our beach trip. The house gives plenty of room for guests privacy in bedrooms and the family area was exceptional for gatherings and fun. Huge table for eating. Also for arts and crafts, playing cards, kid activities and family games. Kitchen was excellent for cooking together. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to cook and dine. Communications were great with owner and manager. Highly recommend this house for large family or groups. Close to beach for walking and close to the location where you can drive on to the beach with golf carts and vehicles. Close to neighborhood grocery store. Our family has many special memories from our trip and this house was perfect for us. The kids loved it because of the amazing bunk bed rooms for Kids World! Grateful we found Renovare for our family vacay!

The beach house was beautiful and we loved the layout! Just a little disappointed that the house was as dirty as it was considering that we had to pay a large cleaning deposit. There was broken glass between the floorboards (one of the adults cut her foot) and we did find food in the bedrooms from previous visitors (we received strict instructions not to eat in the bedrooms), the cleaning ladies were still there when we arrived at check-in. Besides the house not meeting our cleanliness expectations, we had a lovely time and would be happy to re-book in the future. Thank you.

Overall this property is spacious and ideal for 20+ people. Every bedroom has a bathroom plus 2 more in the hallways. Plenty of table space for eating and playing games. All rooms on 1 level with an elevator from ground floor is perfect for those who can’t easily walk up/down stairs. Close walk and drive to the beach. As for cons: 1- there were a number of items I had to report that needs maintenance (cracked windows, some blinds not working properly, a bathroom window does not fully close, etc). I didn’t need any of the items fixed for our stay, so I just reported so I wouldn’t be charged. I got a prompt response that they are aware and working to get maintenance there in between stays, so hopefully these won’t be issues in near future. 2- the kitchen island/prep and cooking area is small given the size of the house, which is what we expected from pictures. If I were to build a rental property I would copy the house layout with 1 change and eliminate the upper lookout to open up the kitchen without the stairs and support beams. 3- one of the pics shows porch with views of the ocean. This must be an old pic as houses have been built so you don’t have that view. Everyone was very happy with the property and we would definitely stay here again.

This was an absolutely amazing property and worked perfect for our company retreat! Lots of beds, bathrooms, and the kitchen was well stocked and setup with commercial double sinks, stoves, ovens and huge smoker/grill. The place was so so clean! Just a quick 4-5 minute walk to the beach or can grab a vehicle permit for $10 and drive on the beach. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a women’s retreat here. In previous years, the houses we rented had a lack of bathrooms for 30+ women trying to get ready all at once—not so here! 10 bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked—the best of any kitchen we’ve ever encountered. The beds were comfortable, even the bunk beds—which were super sturdy. The owner and in-town manager were very easy to get in touch with and were very helpful. Also, we loved the elevator to help bring up all of our supplies! Beach was a short leisurely walk down the street. Definitely a house worth renting.

The property was nice and an easy walk to the beach. It fit 30 of us comfortably. It's located next to a canal which is nice looking however is a breeding ground for mosquitoes which made being on the patio difficult. We also had some appliance issues coming into the house however it isn't fault of the owner, just inconvenient for our planned usage of the ovens. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back if opportunity allowed

Overall, we were pleased with the property. The experience was less pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. The property was a good fit for our family. I wish the owners/property managers had been more service-oriented in their communications and culture. Pros: - Private bathroom for each bedroom - Plenty of pace for our large family - The grocery store across the street was amazing - Nice gathering places like a patio underneath the house Cons: - In our experience, the property manager was not as responsive or effective at communication. (For example, the app said we could check in at noon, and when we called, she said we would not be allowed in until 3 PM. We had multiple families coming large distances expecting to be able to access the property at noon. The response was a halfhearted apology and admission that they needed to update the app.) - Beach access was not as easy as we would have liked/thought from the online description - The WiFi was spotty and did not work except in the main room of the property. - Extremely rigid set of rules and expectations (Not sure of partying kids or a disrespectful group gave the owners a terrible experience, but it felt unnecessarily inflexible.) - One of the rules for cleaning is to completely remove all sand (for example, hose off the patio). However, the hoses had been cut, and the spray nozzle did not connect, making it very difficult to do that task. It also seemed like an odd request for a home on the beach - some sand seems expected to me.

We had family from out of state come for a reunion-30 of us!-and this property was great. We loved the private bathroom for each bedroom and the grandkids loved the two bunk rooms. The walk to the beach was easy. It was great to have the market across from the neighborhood for anything we forgot. The kitchen was large and it was easy to prep and serve food for our group. The property manager was responsive and overall we loved our stay.
